Ace broadcaster Kwasi Aboagye has stated that the proposed ‘Ghana First’ concert by Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy ought to be free-of-charge.
According to the host of Peace 104.3 FM‘s ‘Entertainment Review’ show, it will be absolutely wrong to charge gate fee.
Giving reasons in this regard, he noted that people are traumatized and there could have been death in the course of the live stage brawl at the VGMA 2019 event, so they should seen it as a form of compensation.
“I want to tell both Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale something; what happened at the VGMAS, some people were hurt, others traumatized, some people could have died from what happened on the VGMAS, it wasn’t a good spectacle at all,” he said today on Peace FM.
“If this Peace thing is from their heart, they should make it free of charge and not make business out of what happened on the VGMAS night,” he added.
Stonebwoy and Shatta Wale announced the concert earlier this week.
However, details are yet to be made known; including venue, and ticketing (if any).
