Strongman has spoken for the first time since engaging in a lyrical beef with Medikal.
The ‘Immortal’ rapper has stated that the AMG Beyond Kontrol act has never been his friend and still not his friend.
The former Sarkcess Music act made this known in an interview with Sammy Flex on Accra-based Zylofon 102.1 FM on Monday morning.
According to Strongman, he will not even shake hands with the ‘Omo Ada’ hitmaker when they meet.
Throughout the last week, especially at the last days, Strongman and Medikal took over the Ghana entertainment space with back-to-back diss songs which targeted one another.
It all started with a tweet from Medikal where he stated that he saved rap music in Ghana 4 years ago. Rapper Kwesi Arthur reacted with a subtle jab in his ‘Thoughts of King Arthur 4’ where he said ‘rapper of the year don’t be silly’.
Rapper Strongman also criticized Medikal for his presumably reckless comment during radio interview on Zylofon FM. Medikal then released ‘To Whom it May Concern’ on Friday.
Strongman replied with ‘Don’t Try’ and Medikal returned with ‘The Last Burial.’ Strongman also reacted with ‘Immortal’ on Sunday morning. Later on Medikal and Strongman released their promotional songs ‘Drip’, and ‘Ups and Downs’ respectively.
