RuffTown Records boss Bullet has expressed his annoyance at Adom FM’s Afia Pokuaa popularly known as Vim Lady, over her comments against songstress Wendy Shay.
The broadcaster noted that, calling the names of president H.E. Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, and other former presidents in that context on her ‘Uber Driver’ song was not healthy.
It is worth noting that Wendy met the president at the Flagstaff House (now Jubilee House) in June 2018, to introduce the single personally to the First Gentleman of the land.
“Great meeting with the chief Uber driver of Ghana ?? #even Nana Addo nso p3hw3 ?? #rufftownrecords #wendyshaytotheworld #teamshay #presidentofGhana #teamGhana #ghanatotheworld,” she shared.
More so, in a recent interview with Abeiku Santana, Wendy Shay revealed that the president even endorsed the song.
However, this comment did not go down well with the News Editor and she condemned Wendy for that.
In a rebuttal, Bullet, real name Ricky Nana Agyeman who is the manager of Wendy Shay rhetorically asked whether it is “envy or jealousy” being haboured by the broadcaster so far as his artiste is concerned.
“Afua pokuaa vim lady of adom FM,is it envy or jealousy?is Wendy shay not a Ghanaian and doesn’t she have the right as a Ghanaian to visit the president ?old women always wants to bring young women who are doing something good down and it’s very sad.Do you want to tell me musicians are not qualified to visit the president?
#wendyshay,” he shared.
