Ghanaian musician Okomfo Kwadee has responded to media reports that he has been abandoned by his family, friends and other organisations.
According to the ‘P1’ hitmaker, real name Jerry Anaba, the story is nothing but an exaggerated one.
His reaction comes after Lydia Abena Manu, the Founder of Willing Ways Foundation told Kumasi-based Taabea TV that the rapper has been abandoned since his family brought him to the facility in 2013.
“I provide him with shelter, food and many other things he needs but his family members, his fellow musicians, the Ghana Music Right Organization (GHAMRO) and the Musicians Union of Ghana association (MUSIGA) have abandoned him… they’ve not paid him a visit,” she said.
“Am okay.Exaggerated story.Thank you to madam Abena Manu for all her love and care…,” he replied in a tweet.
