Ghanaian singer Kuami Eugene has openly condemned Patapaa (a.k.a Patapeezy) for churning out “noisy” songs.
According to the Lynx Entertainment act, a collaboration with the ‘One Corner’ hitmaker will never happen.
He made this known in an exclusive interview with Regina Van Helvert on the Rhythmz Live show on GhOne TV.
Reacting to reports about rejecting Patapaa who once contacted him for a project, the ‘Angela’ hitmaker told Regina “no he didn’t say he has something for me; he said he needs me on a song — he’s calling me for a feature and I said no.”
Asked why he turned him down, the singer bluntly added that “Patapaa’s kind of songs, its a no for me, he makes too much noise.”
However, when the host stated “okay so we’re waiting for the day you and Patapaa are going to collaborate on a track”, Kuami Eugene cut in and said “no, don’t wait”.
