Ghana skipper Asamoah Gyan has added to his list of businesses the BJ’s Sports Bar in the vibrant nightlife district of Osu, in Accra.
The facility is a place of entertainment and it is expected to serve both local and foreign nationals who are bent on easing stress, discussing business, and more.
“Baby Jet’s Sports Bars is part of the businesses I have in Ghana, I decided to do BJ’s Sports Bar to entertain the crowd, sometimes there will be matches going on and I want people to relax and watch the World Cup so people will like to sit around to have a drink, sit and enjoy the game,’’ Asamoah Gyan said at the grand opening ceremony.
“I sat with my team and that is what we planned to do just to make sure we entertain the people and its part of the business plan,” the Kayserispor striker added.
The official unveiling ceremony took place on Friday, June 22 and it was graced by the likes of Abeiku Santana, Jay Foley, Epixode, Ibrah 1 as well as footballers Agyemang Badu, Afriyie Acquah, and Emmanuel Boateng.
BJ’s Sports Bar is located behind the Osu KFC, and has a restaurant serving some of the finest dishes.
It adds up to his number of investments in Ghana — these include, the Paradise Pac Mineral Water, Run Energy Drink, Baby Jet Boxing Promotions, Asa Band, JetLink Events and the yet to be launched Baby Jet Airlines.
