Zylofon Cash pens 5-Year Ghana Premier League Sponsorship Deal
Zylofon Media has through its Zylofon Cash product penned a 5-year sponsorship deal with the Ghana Football Association to become the title sponsor of the Ghana Premier League.
This comes barely almost a month after CEO of Zylofon Media, Nana Appiah Mensah a.k.a NAM 1, made the revelation during a working visit to the Ghanaman Soccer Centre of Excellence in Prampram.
The 5-year deal will see Zylofon Media pump into the league, a lip-smacking amount of worth USD10,000,000 (thus, USD2,000,000 each season).
This deal means the Ghana Premier League will be named Zylofon Cash Premier League.
“The Ghana Premier League will now be known as Zylofon Cash Premier League for the next five years”, Nana Appiah Mensah said.
Speaking at an august ceremony held on Thursday, May 17 at the Movenpick Hotel in Accra, Nana Appiah Mensah noted that Zylofon Music acts like Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy, Obibini, Joyce Blessing, and Becca will be putting up performances at match venues to raise the appeal of the league.
“We are going to drive traffic and excitement to League centers by working with clubs and also using artistes to promote this sponsorship and partnership,” he added.
Zylofon Cash is a new product from Ghanaian multi-faceted entertainment powerhouse Zylofon Media. The company also operates Zylofon TV, Zylofon FM, Zylofon Music, Zylofon Arts Club, Zylofon Arts Fund, ZET Cinema, among others.
